Samenvatting
Internationale richtlijnen adviseerden intraveneus immunoglobuline bij pasgeborenen met rhesus-hemolytische ziekte, op basis van weinig gegevens. Deze dubbelblinde, placebogecontroleerde trial bij 80 pasgeborenen vond geen minder wisseltransfusies en geen betere andere neonatale uitkomsten.
