Summary
Quality of life and behaviour in 285 children and young people who received a transfusion before birth, compared with Dutch norms. Overall these children do well. Parents of children aged 6 to 11 did report lower scores for cognitive functioning. Behavioural difficulties were more common than in the norm group.
