Summary
An analysis of 1422 transfusions in 491 fetuses. When treatment has to start before 20 weeks of gestation, perinatal loss is higher than when it starts later. Hydrops again stands out as a major factor. Early detection and treatment can prevent hydrops and improve outcome.
